A new ruling from Apple says its ceiling fans will not be allowed into a living room.
Apple’s new ruling comes as some Apple devices like the iPhone 5s and iPad Air 2 are still on sale, and are only available through Apple stores.
In a statement to Business Insider, Apple said the ruling was made in response to complaints from several people who live in certain areas of the country.
Apple says that Apple will review the decision once it is received and available for public review.
It says that “the decision will not change any Apple product or feature.
We look forward to continuing to work with the government to ensure that these products are in everyone’s homes, whether they are living rooms or offices.”
Apple’s policy is the latest in a long string of regulations that have led to privacy issues for people living in areas where the devices are prohibited.
In June, for example, Apple removed the ability to use the company’s HomeKit security feature to control access to a locked home and instead required users to unlock their own devices.
